Sliced ​​smoked trout is carefully selected from the fillet. These are boned, salted with dry salt, and delicately smoked with beech wood. The slices can be used on blinis, in salads, or just just with lemon juice and dill.

Trout raised slowly in the Dordogne in first class water. Less fatty than salmon, trout retains identical characteristics (Omega 3) while offering a finer and more subtle taste.
